Early Bird Special Fees are effective to November 30, 2021.
Registration will close April 30, 2022, unless otherwise posted.
Fees are effective and due at time of registration.
If fees not received within 5 days of registration, then registration will be voided/canceled.
Continental Breakfast & Lunch are included in the registration fees (gluten free & vegan options provided).

FAPA reserves the right to modify the agenda, speakers, topics, or registration, and
reschedule or cancel this seminar event without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds:
Refunds, without a cancellation fee, will be provided to those 2020 Seminar Registrants who provide cancellation notification prior to May 1, 2020 pursuant to the Seminar Reschedule Announcement emailed to registrants effective as of April 8, 2020 and reminder email sent prior to May 1, 2020.
Partial Refunds for the Rescheduled 2022 Seminar dated May 14, 2022 will be provided, less a $25 Cancellation Fee, for cancellations requested between May 1, 2020 to April 30, 2022. No refunds provided thereafter, without FAPA Board Approval..
